By joining the Xtract waitlist or using any part of the Xtract platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 — Description of service

Xtract is an AI-powered regulatory change detection platform currently in pre-launch. The waitlist is a registration of interest — joining does not guarantee access or create a binding contract for service delivery.

03 — Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive product updates and early access invitations from Xtract. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at contact@thextract.com.

04 — Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on this website are the property of Xtract GbR. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

05 — Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during the pre-launch phase. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

06 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtract GbR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

07 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

08 — Changes

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
